Ari Roth is the founding artistic director of Mosaic Theater Company of DC and founder of the long-running Voices From a Changing Middle East Festival, which has presented some 30 productions from and about Israel and its neighbors to tens of thousands of audience members in the nation’s capital and, more recently, on national tour. As a producer, he’s presented the Cameri Theatre’s production of Ghassan Kanafani’s Return to Haifa, Motti Lerner’s Pangs of the Messiah and The Admission, Hadar Galron’s Mikveh, Hanna Eady and Edward Mast’s The Return, and the upcoming DC premiere of Anat Gov’s Oh, God, and the newly updated, American premiere of Einat Weizman’s Shame (With Comments from the Populace).
