Dr. Nancy Dubrow, founder and director of the International Child Welfare Group of the Taylor Institute, Chicago, USA is a pioneer in addressing the effects of violence on children. Dr. Dubrow has authored numerous on the topic and co-chaired a United Nations working group on children in armed conflict.
