Nihad Boqa’i is a Palestinian researcher, cartoonist and, since 2008, the general manager of Dar al-Arkan Publishing House (www.darol-arkan.com). He worked as a researcher at Badil Resource Center for Palestinian Residency and Refugee Rights (2001-2004) and as coordinator of the research and information unit (2005-2008). He has published several research papers and books about Palestinian refugees and internally displaced persons.
