Gerri Haynes is a palliative care consultant nurse with expertise in medical ethics and grief and bereavement. She has been organizing delegations from Washington Physicians for Social Responsibility to visit the Middle East (Israel, Palestine, Iraq, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon) since 1992.
