Amos Oz is a noted Israeli author and public intellectual. The following passages appeared in The Jubilee Haggadah prepared by SISO-Save Israel/Stop the Occupation (www.siso.org.il), edited by Dr. Tomer Persico, used in alternative Passover seders in Israel and around the world in the spring of 2017 to mark 50 years of occupation. The passages originally appeared in an article Oz wrote in the daily Davar in the summer of 1967. The final passage was written in January 2017.
