Dr. Sari Hanafi is the director of SHAML, the Palestinian Diaspora and Refugee Center. He has published a number of books on Palestinian refugees, relationships between the diaspora and the center, returnees and Palestinian and international NGOs. His latest book, written in collaboration with Linda Taber, is “Donors, International Organizations and Local NGOs: The Emergence of Palestinian Globalized Elite.”
