Dr. Paul Arthur is honorary professor of Peace Studies at the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland. Since 1990, Prof. Arthur has participated in many Track Two initiatives with Northern Ireland’s political parties in Europe, the United States and South Africa. He sits on the international advisory boards of the Project on Justice in Times of Transition in Cambridge, Massachusetts; Ahmsa in Bogota; the Global Majority in Monterey, California; and the William Jefferson Clinton Institute in Dublin.
