Dr. Bärbel Kofler is Germany’s Commissioner for Human Rights Policy and Humanitarian Aid. She has been a member of the Bundestag since 2004 and is currently a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee and of the executive committee of the SPD parliamentary group.
