The launching conference for the new Palestine-Israel Journal (PIJ) issue on The Dual Legal System, presented to a joint Israeli-Palestinian-International audience in Jerusalem. Both Palestinian and Israeli speakers discussed the problem of the legal double standards currently being developed and enforced by Israel in the West Bank.
