Dr. Katy Radford is an anthropologist working on issues
of conflict transformation at the Belfast-based charity
the Institute for Conflict Research. She is vice chair of
the Arts Council for Northern Ireland and a ministerial
appointment to the Commission on Flags, Identity, Culture
and Tradition. An invited representative of Northern
Ireland’s Jewish Community Council on the government’s
Race Equality Sub-group, she was awarded an MBE for
her work on intercultural and interfaith work.
