Founded in India in 1937, Brahma Kumaris is the largest spiritual organization in the world led by women and a worldwide spiritual movement dedicated to personal transformation and world renewal. It exists in over 110 countries on all continents and is accredited at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
Whether in politics, economics, or the environment, it is obvious that coercive “hard
power” is no longer working, whereas the principles of “soft power” — using empathy
and understanding to encourage cooperation and peace — can create lasting change.
