John Herbst, the United State Consul-General in Jerusalem, has occupied senior Positions in the State Department both in Washington and abroad, including Tel Aviv, Moscow and Saudi Arabia. He was interviewed in Jerusalem by Daoud Kuttab for the Palestine-Israel Journal.
