Dr. Sufyan Abu Zayda is currently director of the Masters Program at Al-Quds University, Gaza. He was formerly minister of prisoners’ affairs as well as minister of civil affairs.
The Palestinian negotiators found themselves alone in front of the Israeli negotiators
with the delusion of having an American mediator, whereas there was no significant
difference between the U.S. and the Israeli position.
