Dr. Mohammad Fahed Shalaldah is Professor of International Law at al-Quds University, former Palestinian Minister of Justice (2019-2024), former Dean of the Faculty of Law in Al-Istiqlal University (2011-2013), and Al-Quds University (2005-2011), Director of The Palestinian Institute of International Humanitarian Law and Human rights, author of numerous books and articles on humanitarian law, human rights, and international law.
