Ahmad Ashkar is a researcher in comparative religions and
an Arabic-Hebrew translator. He is the author of several
academic articles and four books: The Status of Women
in the Tanakh, The New Testament and the Quran (2011);
The Story of Lot, His Daughters and Others in the Tanakh
(2011); Religious Symbols in the Poetry of Mahmoud
Darwish (2005); Self Destruction- The Nazareth Example:
Conflict In Shihab Eddin Theater (2000). He also writes
in Arabic newspapers and journals.
